Terms of Service
By booking with Zylee’s Squeaky Clean Cleaning Services, you agree to the following terms:

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure appointments
• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before service will incur a $25 fee
• Same-day bookings may include an additional fee
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not disclosed prior to service
• We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains or buildup
• All pricing is subject to change based on the condition of the property and service scope
• By booking, you agree to these terms and conditions
